For anyone considering buying from Parkway Honda , I'd reconsider. In short Parkway Honda deliberately sold me a "certified pre owned" car with several undisclosed safety defects. A simple list of what reconsider. In short Parkway Honda deliberately sold me a "certified pre owned" car with several undisclosed safety defects. A simple list of what @Honda 's intense certified inspection missed 1. A broken & rusted alternator belt 2. A broken AC 3. A hole that was hidden under the mat, 4. A missing driver's manual 5. A recalled push start button They refused to reinspect the car multiple times and weren't concerned in the slightest for my safety. They did not disclose any of these problems when selling me the car otherwise I would have never bought it. I reached on to @Honda headquarters and they didn't bother replying Yes I'm getting an attorney involved since they refuse to allow a return or trade in without a $10,000 negative equity. I plan to make this issue known on every public platform as well. BBB and the FTC have been made aware and I'm going to take my complaints to every known platform. The general manager recently responded to my google review and decided to lie about what took place here. He claimed they didn't sell me a car with a recalled part but then a couple paragraphs later says they replaced it. He alleges my alternator belt wasn't broken despite them not being the ones who fixed it. He claims that the problems I had were because of dead keyfob batteries. He claims they don't get regularly reported to the AG office for scamming customers. Great...cool... but the problem is I can prove every single thing I've claimed. They did in fact sell me a car with a cracked alternator belt which is why it was repaired. I went to McGovern because Parkway Honda kept changing keyfob batteries instead of reinspecting the car. They only agreed to actually inspect the car AFTER my belt was changed. They refused to reinspect the car TWICE instead insisting my issues were caused by keyfob batteries. I not only have a witness I also have the receipt that states Parkway had to change my push start button and that it happened because it was a recalled part and part of an extended warranty. It was recalled in 2020 and Honda even sent out letters to owners. The mediator at the AG office is the one who told me they get reported VERY often. I have the proof it's not a he said she said situation. How did Honda miss a broken/cracked alternator belt, a recalled push start button, and AC on it's last leg in their 160+ point inspection they allegedly do on certified vehicles? Why did I pay extra money for a certified car to have these problems start the day I picked it up? Despite their lies and claims I have the receipts of exactly when and what I had my car serviced for. I have proof they eventually replaced the push start because it was a recalled part under an extended warranty. I have photographic proof that my start engine light was on. I have proof that McGovern Honda told my alternator belt required immediate attention and it was unsafe for me to be driving in the car. I have proof of every single thing. They downplay all of this as if my life wasn't in danger. As stated I will seek legal action if Honda Corporate doesn't force them to resolve this. They likely won't but I'll take this to court if I have to. Oh! I also have an email from the sales manager claiming he advised me to drive 25 miles on the highway with a broken alternator belt but I refused for no good reason. It's a lie but certainly not one that makes them look good. It's unsafe to drive that far with a broken alternator belt for one and how would I know that's what made my start engine button came on? It proves just how dishonest they are to the point they even contradict each other. I'd upload some of my proof here if I could but you can find it on Google. Very disappointing that Mike Timpone decided to lie instead of making this right after pretending he'd do something to help when we spoke. His resolution was to put me in an even more expensive car. But nowadays, it looks like a Honda revolution is taking place. I felt attached to my 2005 Honda Accord, but I knew it was time for a change. I had looked at a few dealerships before I found Parkway Honda. Pretty much when I walked into Parkway, I ran into Joe Serpa. It's so rare for me to buy or sell a car in general, so the whole experience was surreal at the onset. But when I interacted with Joe, I knew right away that he wasn't a typical salesman. I found him to be both professional and approachable. Whenever I expressed concerns and questions, I never felt discouraged. Joe is simply a gem of a salesperson. Without his guidance, I am not sure I would have followed through with this purchase. But now, I find myself driving a 2020 Honda Accord and I couldn't be happier. More
My overall experience at this dealership was great. Sergio and Paul provided great costumer service and were able to help with my vehicle and financial needs. Sergio did not hesitate to deliver beyond my expectations when it came to finding a new car. After listening to what I was looking for, he didn’t just show me what I described, it was better. He is an excellent salesman who was able to find me the perfect car while getting me a fabulous deal. Both him and Paul were very informative throughout the entire process. Paul took his time going over all the financial paperwork and clearly answered all the questions I had. This is my second time buying a car from Parkway Honda and I would definitely go back again, as long as these keep employees like this around. Thanks Sergio and Paul for making this a smooth process!! More

Terrible customer experience - but very nice car. Sergio Garcia was super pushy and unclear at moments. When I sat down, some non-advertised fees came up, and it was hard to get back to the price offered in CarGurus.com. The ad picture mentioned an extended dealership warranty that was not honored at the time of sales. The title and car took over a month to be ready for pick up, they could never explain why. To top it off, the website offered free home delivery, which later on they retracted without an explanation. Overall, not a friendly dealership for foreigners looking for a car. I'd recommend trying somewhere else. More
