I had a very short time to find what I wanted in a car at a great deal. I started with an online quote that was straight to the point. Followed up by a phone call to get me in to see the car. My experience at Prime was exceptional. My husband and I walked in expecting the typical aggressive sales people and got all the opposite, people who made it a point to give us a great experience. Gus was very detailed in every aspect, he made it a point to learn about what we wanted and how we wanted it and made sure to give us just that. Bobby made us feel like part of the family, he is a straight shooter with a heart and great family values. The last person we dealt with was Rui and at that point I had to comment on the welcoming environment and the great rapport amongst the employees. He confirmed that by telling us how far he travels to work everyday because he loves the environment..it shows. I believe they all enjoy working there and therefore as a customer I enjoyed being there. I will be recommending Prime to anyone who mentions getting a car. More

As a first time new car purchase customer, I wasn't sure what to expect from a car salesperson. Lillian was extremely reassuring, thorough and clear in all the explanations and figures. We were greeted by several people to include a supervisor who put us in touch with a sales person. Lillian was the best! She was very friendly and we established immediate rapport. She appeared honest, sincere, and helpful. She explained our many options which facilitated making a decision easy. She went over and beyond in giving us a ride home after we traded our old vehicle in and driving around correcting a problem in getting our new car registered. I never want to deal with another representative. She can not be matched! The business person presented and offered the accessories available thoroughly, made it even more feasible to have a new car, and cut our previous payment by half (which was our goal). Thank you! Within minutes I was sitting down with Justin and discussing my new lease options for the Honda CRV. He was quick, efficient, honest, and knowledgeable. I initially chose this dealership from the commercial advertisements for the "If it snows 6" or more on St. Patrick's Day, we will make your first 12 payments." It caught my attention and made me smile. The West Roxbury location was also just 10 minutes from my apartment. I never thought choosing a car could actually be fun! My experience here was great. A brother of mine owned 2 vehicles purchased from Prime Honda and my previous Honda was leased through the previous ownership and was due to mature in January 2010. He recomme vehicles purchased from Prime Honda and my previous Honda was leased through the previous ownership and was due to mature in January 2010. He recommended that I come here and that I would have a great experience. Prime took care of the end-of-lease inspection for my previous Honda and worked with me to lease a new Honda with a price that I could live with and acceptable term length. More
If it weren't for the great price of the car I would have walked away on more than one occasion. No one seemed to know what was going on. This was the most painful car purchase I have ever made. People wouldn't call me back, I ended up having to take the car back to get fixed, and I'm still waiting for the free GPS I was promised (nearly a month ago). Not to mention that I never got the free gas voucher I was promised either. They were also supposed to have a check ready for me when I picked up my car (for the last payment on my lease) and they didn't which meant that I paid the payment late. They told me they would write a check for the late fee and that never happened either. The only plus side was that the car was a great price. Otherwise, I never would have bought it from Prime. When I originally posted the above message a manager, Bobby, got back to me immediately. He apologized profusely and quickly got me the GPS and filled my tank. He even offered to detail my car at the end of the winter. My interactions with him, and with Wes on a previous occasion were very helpful. Bobby told me that there was no excuse for what happened, that it was a busy time and communication failed. I thanked him for his help, and am very appreciative that he attempted to take care of the problem once he was aware of it. I'm going to chalk this up to failed communication on their part, and I appreciate his endeavors to fix the problem. More

She showed experience in car sales and was very knowledgeable with the Honda line of automobiles. She took me on a test drive and explained in details all the features the new CR-V provided. My main concerns in vehicles are safety, comfort and reliability. Our negotiations were more or less what I expected and we agreed on a figure that I felt comfortable with. Ms. McDaniel is an asset to Prime Honda. She is a professional, warm and friendly. I would definitely recommend her to all my friends and acquaintances should they be interested in purchasing a new vehicle. I wish her tons of success in this new year and for many years to come.
