I went on internet first at 8:00 a.m. E mailed 4 dealers. At 9:00 a.m. I got a call from Prime and said come on down at 10:00 a.m. I went down at 10:00 and rode by new car out of the lot at 12:00 dealers. At 9:00 a.m. I got a call from Prime and said come on down at 10:00 a.m. I went down at 10:00 and rode by new car out of the lot at 12:00 noon. It was a pleasant experience, they had every color to choose from, they negotiated fairly with me and because I had time constraints of only 2 hours they put it all together in that time frame. I am happy with the price as it was lower than the other dealers I had shopped with. I recommend Uri at the West Roxbury dealership. He was a lovely salesman to do with business with. More

We started looking for a car since our Ford Taurus reached the stage where it wasn't worth keeping any longer. We emailed a bunch of Honda dealers, received price quote from all of them. In the end, the quote that I got from Yan Gorokhovskiy looked more competitive. We walked into Prime Honda in West Roxbury, was cordially greeted by a gentleman, who took us to Yan Gorokhovskiy. Yan was very pleased to see us and he introduced us to Derrick Levy the sales person. Derrick was extremely helpful and had the patience to answer all of our questions. We did a test drive on a 2010 Honda Accord and confirmed that we would like to buy the car. The VW salesman at our nearby dealership wanted us to buy an older model from their inventory whereas Derrick wanted to help us get a car of our choice. Derrick is the person to go to if you want to buy a car from a salesman who cares to help you find your ideal car. We got an excellent financing deal and this could not have been possible without Rui Moriera. He helped us get a sweet deal on warranty as well. Antonio promptly answered my husband's request and gave him a price for the car and dog package. He did not give him a quote for the other options, but he gave enough information that it made us want to visit Prime. Ron was very helpful. He seemed to know a lot about the car we wanted to purchase. He was accommodating and took us for a test drive after pointing out all its features. Negotiation of the price was turned over to someone else. I don't remember his name. He was nice enough, but it was obvious that he was not thrilled that my husband had done his homework on what costs were. Overall, we are happy with what we are getting and we are pretty satisfied with the price, but my husband is still bothered by the extra cost of locating the color I wanted. He still doesn't understand why it should cost us more because we didn't want the color that was on the lot. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Prime. Buying a car is not my favorite past time which is why I keep my cars about 7 years before trading them in. This was not as painful as my previous experiences at other dealerships. More
