I was looking to lease a midsize sedan (Accord, Camry, Legacy, etc.) and found an advertised lease at Prime Honda for a 2010 Accord at reasonable terms. I thought it was a bonus that they rated so highly on dealerrater. However, my experience could not have been more contrary to the others who have rated Prime so well. In short, they refused to honor the clearly-stated terms of their own lease. Their ad stated that the lessee would have to pay first payment, bank fee, doc fee and registration fees (plus sales tax added to the monthly payment). It was a zero cap-cost (down payment) lease, and no other fees were listed. To be certain that these terms were what I though they were, I called and spoke with a salesman who confirmed, both verbally and via follow-up e-mail, that the terms of the lease were as exactly as described in the ad. Feeling confident, I took a day off from work to complete the deal. The saleswoman at the dealership also confirmed the terms as I understood them, and we began to discuss colors, a test drive, etc. Smooth sailing so far. About 30 minutes in, a sales manager, Wes, came over (this guy was right out of greasy car salesman central casting) and advised me that I would have to pay the $710 destination fee that is part of every new car's sticker price. Nowhere in the ad did it state that this fee was due at signing, and no one I had spoken to up to that point (including the saleswoman sitting right in front of me) had mentioned this additional fee. After taking issue with this, explaing that this was a tremendous waste of my time and constituted a deceptive and fraudulent sales practice, I walked out. No apology was offered and Wes didn't even look me in the eye. Really pathetic. The only upside is that Antonio, the internet sales rep and Lillian, the saleswoman, were very friendly and personable throughout the process. Interestingly, another dealer, Weymouth Honda, honored the terms of Prime's lease as advertised - no destination fee necessary, and I drove home in my new car 5 hours after leaving Prime in disgust. I will review Weymouth separately, but they were everything Prime wasn't - open, honest, easy to deal with. I'm not sure what prompted Prime's deceptive practices - it was so blatant - but no worries, I'll never do business with them anyway. UPDATE - I did receive a call from Reidar Davies, the general sales manager. He did apologize for my poor experience, and stated that the additional fee should not have been added to the lease deal. He said he would review the situation with his sales team to find out why this miscommunication took place. I still can't figure out how Wes, the sales manager, could get the lease details on Honda's most popular car so wrong, but it sounded as if Reidar was sincere. If it means another customer doesn't have to endure any BS, all the better. I can't say I can actually recommend Prime because of my personal experience, but Reidar's phone call was appreciated. More
Immediately upon entering the dealership we were greated by Danielle Hagen. She was extremely personable and made us feel comfortable and at ease. I was expecting to be pressured into a higher priced vehicle but she only showed us the types of cars we specified that were in our budget. Our first visit lasted about 2 hours as I had to go to work. We found the car we wanted, test drove it and worked out some numbers. We agreed to meet the next day to sign the paperwork. During the evening, we did some research and found some other cars that interested us. I'm sure it was a pain for her to have us being wishy-washy but she was nothing but accommodating and the next day showed us the cars we wanted to see (we ended up with the first car). During the whole time we interacted with her we had her undivided attention. She explained every step of the process to us and really put our mind at ease. At the outset she explained to us that she was there to get us into the car we wanted. That she was there to help us. That she did and more. Even giving us her cell number if we had any questions after hours. Mike, Danielle's supervisor was of the same caliber. Friendly and accommodating; and Jay, the "finance guy" walked us through the loan process and was honest, friendly and really had our best interests in mind. Delivery was smooth and painless. We got the price we wanted, the features we wanted and the experience we never dreamed we would get. I would go back to Prime Honda in a heartbeat and would highly recommend Danielle who is surely one of the best car dealers we have ever dealt with. Shawn and Julio; Satisfied customers More
This visit was truly just on a "whim" as I already did all the paperwork at another dealership just days before walking into Prime. My wife wanted me to check out a Black EXL Camry and I took the ride for the "heck of it" My wife Debbie picked out Michael from about 5 guys at the front of the dealership. I was planning to just be in and out of there quickly. Well, we took the Camry for a ride and I did like it, but, I didn't know how I was going to get this one for the same price on the other Camry that had more miles, although I really liked this one a lot more. I sat down with Mike and we talked about it, I gave him my number he came back and I was sure that I was done, but, he said he wanted my business and guess what, someone, someway, the deal was struck in about 45 minutes! I am SO HAPPY with my Camry and more so on the professionalism that Michael has shown to me. He actually DOES return calls and is very good at what he does, he cares and it shows. Thanks a million Michael and thanks Prime!! You have me as a loyal customer!! More

It was our first time buying an SUV and we needed to be sure that we were buying the one that best fit our needs. Scott Bregnard was our sales person. The Assistant General Manager also came over to introduce himself to us. Scott took the time to answer all of our questions and explain the features of both the CRV and Pilot in detail. We then took both SUVs out for a test drive. After determining that the Pilot was too big for us we were asked if we wanted to take the CRV for an extended test drive. We decided to do that. A couple of days later we went back to the dealership. Scott had a car waiting for us so that we could get on our way quickly. We especially liked that we never felt pressured by anyone at Prime and yet Scott worked very hard to negogiate a price that my husband and I were happy with. I highly recommend Prime Honda and Scott to anyone loking for a Honda. More

I was very pleased with my interaction with Derrick Levy. I had spent several months researching the Nissian Rogue and the Honda CRV. One of my friends suggested that I look into the cars at Prime Honda. Upon entering Prime, my intention was to purchase a used car, but because of Derrick's knowledge, patience and courtesty I decided that a new car, more exact, a 2010 Honda CRV to replace my 14 year old Nissan would be better suited for me. I am absouletely certain that my purchase of this car was because of my dealing with Derrick as my sales person at Prime. In fact, after the purchase was completed, I was not able to pick up my car on the date of delivery and was pleasantly suprised when Derrick offered to deliver my car personally to my home. He went through everything with me from safety features to its performance capabilities. He had thorough answers ror every question I threw at him. He then found me a perfect car for the right price. I am very pleased with Justin's honesty and up front approach. I had been to three other dealers that week and felt completely comfortable with justin and the civic.
