The search for a new car started by internet. My husband began by contacting 5 dealers by email. He sent them the model, color, and options that we wanted and asked for an approximate cost so we would have began by contacting 5 dealers by email. Antonio promptly answered my husband's request and gave him a price for the car and dog package. He did not give him a quote for the other options, but he gave enough information that it made us want to visit Prime. Ron was very helpful. He seemed to know a lot about the car we wanted to purchase. He was accommodating and took us for a test drive after pointing out all its features. Negotiation of the price was turned over to someone else. I don't remember his name. He was nice enough, but it was obvious that he was not thrilled that my husband had done his homework on what costs were. Overall, we are happy with what we are getting and we are pretty satisfied with the price, but my husband is still bothered by the extra cost of locating the color I wanted. He still doesn't understand why it should cost us more because we didn't want the color that was on the lot. Overall, I am very happy with my experience at Prime. Buying a car is not my favorite past time which is why I keep my cars about 7 years before trading them in. This was not as painful as my previous experiences at other dealerships. More

Dealt with several folks and the were great to work with and very accomodating. Very customer service focused and no hassles with any of our requests. My experience at Prime was exceptional. My husband and I walked in expecting the typical aggressive sales people and got all the opposite, people who made it a point to give us a great experience. Gus was very detailed in every aspect, he made it a point to learn about what we wanted and how we wanted it and made sure to give us just that. Bobby made us feel like part of the family, he is a straight shooter with a heart and great family values. The last person we dealt with was Rui and at that point I had to comment on the welcoming environment and the great rapport amongst the employees. He confirmed that by telling us how far he travels to work everyday because he loves the environment..it shows. I believe they all enjoy working there and therefore as a customer I enjoyed being there. I will be recommending Prime to anyone who mentions getting a car. More

I initially chose this dealership from the commercial advertisements for the "If it snows 6" or more on St. Patrick's Day, we will make your first 12 payments." It caught my attention and made me smile. The West Roxbury location was also just 10 minutes from my apartment. I never thought choosing a car could actually be fun!
