I found the personality and helpfullness of Mr. Davey very knowledgealbe and helpful for/to me. Wait time was reasonable and (I suppose) affordable -everything just too expensive today. I saw the car I wanted to test-drive on cars.com so I knew what I wanted to purchase, but it was just a matter of where to purchase it. I planned to visit three dealerships that day, but didn’t make it to the other two dealerships after my great experience with Prime Honda. From the moment I walked into the door, Sales & Leasing Consultant Yury Menaker's personable approach was more impressive than any other dealership I have previously dealt with - and I have purchased two used cars prior to this buy. Although his friendly and rare sincere demeanor single-handedly convinced me he was not your typical car salesman, I am an extreme skeptic and was still skeptical. I began to ask question after question about the vehicle I was looking to purchase and he had answer after answer. There is no way he couldn't have been annoyed with the amount of questions I had and my continuous skepticism about this particular car/dealership, but he never showed it and he was extremely understanding of my situation - no matter what kind of question I asked he answered it directly and clearly to make my experience even more pleasant as time went on. By this point he had convinced me he was credible and was looking out for me - he knew what he was talking about and was not just trying to sell me a car but instead trying to help me make a decision about whether or not this car was right for me. We went at my speed and I was not rushed – for instance, Yury allowed me to use his computer for a half-hour to browse the internet-I.e. KBB price, etc.-to ensure the price was fair and then patiently waited as I called friends/family whose opinions I value for another half-hour! The guy is a respectful, credible, and tremendous asset for Prime Motor Group who is solely responsible for this customer’s purchase – Yury, thanks! More

Jim was good - he was very friendly when my two children and I arrived. Although, during the entire process of up until I received my used 2007 Honda Accord I was getting a little skeptical. Prime Honda was a breath of fresh air to deal with after the games and deceptions of other local Honda dealers. We were given a low internet quote on both the C-RV and 2 accessories that we wanted and they the games and deceptions of other local Honda dealers. We were given a low internet quote on both the C-RV and 2 accessories that we wanted and they stuck by these quotes. Our sales associate Danielle Hagen was enthusiastic, cheerful and informative when explaining all our options. She was in no way pushy for us to buy extras we didn’t want, finance the car or trade our old car. We kept waiting for them to play the games of the other car dealers but it never happened! It was a good straight forward buying experience. Our car was ready within 1 day and all aspects of the car explained to us. We would highly recommend Prime Honda of West Roxbury to buy your next car! More

A very plesant experience. Did not go in intending to purchase, but rather just look at possibilities of downsizing from SUV. Happened upon Mike Davey outside, told him I was only exploring, but he ans purchase, but rather just look at possibilities of downsizing from SUV. Happened upon Mike Davey outside, told him I was only exploring, but he answered all questions without being pushy. Yes, he had normal saleman questions, but presented them very professionally. To make a long story short, it took me awhile to finally decide for a purchase. with some help fro Wes Paglia and Bob Blacker, trying to work out a deal. WWe finally came to an agreemant that we cold all live with. When I went to the Finance Director, Rui, he was very helpful, and explained all the usual extented warranties, paint coat, etc, and did not try to sell me anything I said "no" to. Overall a pleasant car experience, and I would recommend Prime Honda for anyone. More
My husband dealt with Graham over the internet and phone. The color of the Honda Odyssey that we wanted was very hard to find and my husband called almost every Honda dealership in the state. Graham was the only one who was willing to help us get the exact car we wanted. He told us it would take about 2 weeks and he contacted my husband daily to keep us updated. When our car arrived we dealt with Peter Zios and Cos Cosimano. The price had already been established so there was no hassles at the dealership and they both took their time explaining the features of the car and our financing options. When I returned to get a sticker, there was a problem with our battery and it was fixed immediately and quickly. Little things like filling our gas tank again and repeatedly telling us to contact them with any problems confirm that we made the best decision going to Prime. More
