To make a long story short, it took me awhile to finally decide for a purchase. with some help fro Wes Paglia and Bob Blacker, trying to work out a deal. WWe finally came to an agreemant that we cold all live with. When I went to the Finance Director, Rui, he was very helpful, and explained all the usual extented warranties, paint coat, etc, and did not try to sell me anything I said "no" to. Overall a pleasant car experience, and I would recommend Prime Honda for anyone. More

My husband dealt with Graham over the internet and phone. The color of the Honda Odyssey that we wanted was very hard to find and my husband called almost every Honda dealership in the state. Graham was the only one who was willing to help us get the exact car we wanted. He told us it would take about 2 weeks and he contacted my husband daily to keep us updated. When our car arrived we dealt with Peter Zios and Cos Cosimano. The price had already been established so there was no hassles at the dealership and they both took their time explaining the features of the car and our financing options. When I returned to get a sticker, there was a problem with our battery and it was fixed immediately and quickly. Little things like filling our gas tank again and repeatedly telling us to contact them with any problems confirm that we made the best decision going to Prime. More

Wes followed up with phone calls and messages answering any questions we had about the car. Time went by and we were ready to make the move on the car this spring. I contacted Wes about coming in to get going again. He met me when I went in told me of his promotion in the dealership. He was able to place me with a new sales representative Ron Jacques. Ron was helpful in getting into some more specifics of the car and able to lead me through the purchase, taking me on a second test drive of the car we picked. I was lucky to first work with Joe Ulandy when I was just 'browsing' for a new CRV. He very patiently showed me a few cars and I test drove two. I originally went in looking for a CRV and ended up buying a Touring Pilot. I am very happy with the Pilot and the sales department at Prime. My first appointment in the service department was not as positive. I had an appointment to have a bike rack installed and to pick up my registration. Through a long series of holds and transfers on the phone, I could not be found in the system and my appointment was not found on the schedule. I was really upset about this but headed in anyway because I had no sticker for my car. David Slayter heard about the situation and my frustration. When I arrived, he immediately took action to make sure that I was taken care of and assured me that future visits would be much smoother. He also notified Joe Ulandy who has been very helpful in setting up my follow up visit to install the bike accessory into my new car. I plan to bring my car in for future visits and look forward to buying cars in the future from Prime Honda. More

Prime also gave me the highest possible trad they gave me the best deal out of all the New England Honda stores...and I got quotes from all of them.
