I purchased my 2010 Honda CRV from Steven and he blew away all other sales people I spoke with at other dealerships. We all know the stereotypes that describe "car dealers" but Steven couldn't be further from that stereotype. He is curteous, knowledgeable, and has a no-pressure approach to sales....a true professional! I went into Prime Honda on a whim after I got a bad vibe from a dealership in Newton that I had an appointment with the next day (I only spoke to them over the phone and through email but it was enough to c from a dealership in Newton that I had an appointment with the next day (I only spoke to them over the phone and through email but it was enough to convince me to consider shopping elsewhere!), and I walked out the proud new owner of a 2010 Honda Fit Sport. I was impressed by the spacious showroom and the many available cars on the lot, and I felt comfortable dealing with Prime immediately. My dealer, Andrew Fenno, really took the time to explain the entire process to me and walk me through it step by step, since this was my first experience buying a new car. I felt taken care of and respected and able to make an informed decision without aggressive sales tactics and pressure. Sure, I was there for longer than I anticipated (over 5 hours!) but it was worth it, and I asked a ton of questions which added time to the process. I'm sure a more experienced buyer wouldn't need to be there for so long, but even after all that time I was still super happy with the whole deal. I got the monthly payment I was looking for and even got $1000 for trading in my 1997 Civic with almost 200K miles on it! I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone on the market for a new car. More

I went to Prime Honda as a direct result of difficulties in dealing with a lack of responsiveness by the corporate side of Toyota Motor Corpoation in addressing safety concerns that I had with my vehicle. While the beginnings of this story are therefore unhappy, the ending is just the opposite, largely as a result of Prime Honda's reponsiveness, consumer focus and the special efforts of Yury Menaker. Yury is a straightforward and friendly individual with a natural ability to put a customer at ease. I found every aspect of his job performance to be first rate and highly professional. It is not often that one can arrive at the dealership, select a car and complete all of the steps necessary to drive away in a new vehicle within a few short hours, but Yury made all of that possible. He has also followed up diligently in post sale matters such as vehicle inspection. He genuinely cared about the quality of the entire buying experience. I give the highest marks possible to Prime Honda and Yury Menaker in particular. More

I went to this dealership looking to price a new Honda Civic for my husband. The sales person as mentioned above (Michael Davey) was exceptionally curtious and answered all of my questions. It was reassuring to have a salesman who actually listend to what I was looking for, and then showed us the appropriate car. Michael understood that I didn't want a van or the look of a van, but I still needed all of the mini van perks. He was extremely knowledgeable about the financial aspect also & didn't just leave us with someone in finance once we said "yes" we want to buy the car. I plan to tell all of my friends & family about Prime Honda & Michael. More
