I, like most people, enjoy the process of buying a new car about as much as having a root canal. My recent experience at Prime Honda in West Roxbury with Peter Zois and his sales manager Wes was a surpris car about as much as having a root canal. My recent experience at Prime Honda in West Roxbury with Peter Zois and his sales manager Wes was a surprisingly pleasant experience, surpassing all my expectations. Peter was candid and up front about the process, did not waste excessive time evaluating my trade or during other parts of the sales process, always returned my calls or answered his phone (even on days off when he was out of town) and with the backing of his sales manager and Prime, was aggressive on price to make the deal I sought out happen. And beyond that, when I had some minor but possibly annoying details to wrap up after the deal was consummated, both Peter and his sales manager Wes answered my calls and helped me to navigate these issues as painlessly as possible. I am still surprised that I was treated with respect and handled with a level of repsonsiveness previously not experienced in all my years of buying cars. I would not only return to Prime myself but would gladly refer anyone to do the same. In fact, I felt so strongly about my positive experience at Prime that I took the time to fill out this recommendation, something I only do when I've been treated with the highest level of customer service. I was in your store on Monday and was greeted by Steven Lander. I made it clear to him I was just looking around until I make up my mind on what I want. Bought a used 2008 Element, price was not the lowest I found, but fair. Everyone was fantastic to work with, extremely friendly and helpful. Best car buying experience yet.
