I gave him my answer, and after 10 minutes with the manager, he came back and said we had a deal. There was no negotiating needed, he gave me straight up exactly what I asked for. Yury was very friendly throughout the whole visit, and very personable. I highly recommend Prime Honda for anyone looking for a new Honda, and if they want a salesman who is straightforward, ask for Yury. More

It's not an exaggeration to say I was amazed at how hassle-free and pleasant an experience leasing a car here was. My family has multiple horror stories about car purchases -- ads that were not honored, relentless sales-pressure tactics (which I HATE), and long painful negotiations that ended with a so-so deal that they felt they'd had to pry out of the salesperson, who now hated them -- and I expected this would be the same. I had printed out a Prime Honda advertisement for a great lease deal on a 2010 Civic LX, and I went in and showed it to Yury -- who immediately said they would honor the ad. Which he did (and, though it wasn't expired, it wasn't even their current ad). He was friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable from beginning to end, and he never tried to upsell me or guilt me into buying something I didn't want -- instead (imagine that) he asked what *I* wanted. At one point I pointed something out on the contract that differed from the ad I'd brought in, and he immediately went back to change it. We went out to the lot to see the car -- I even got a color choice -- and that was that. The entire transaction, including finishing up in the business office (where Cos was also very pleasant to deal with -- and fast) took approximately an hour and a half. My sister was with me and she also could not believe how smoothly everything went. They took care of the registration and inspection stuff, I selected an insurance company and Prime dealt with them as well, and I was able to pick the car up on Tuesday after leasing it on Sunday. Yury even called the next day (sorry I missed your call, Yury) to make sure everything was all right with the car. I'm extremely happy with my new Civic, I feel I got an excellent lease deal, and it was a pleasure dealing with Yury. I will be recommending him to anyone I know who's in the market for a Honda! The dealership itself was also a nice, clean, appealing place (as a tea drinker I really appreciated the availability of tea as well as coffee! It's the little things. And the cookies were delicious too). The only thing I would criticize was that the music was a bit loud. But overall this was an overwhelmingly positive experience. Thanks! More

Her outgoing personality and interest in getting us the right vehicle was genuine and very appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a Honda or used car. She was the best sales consultant that we have ever worked with at Prime or any other dealership. David Slayter, sales manager, also treated us fairly. There were none of the typical "games" that are played when purchasing a car. His appraisal of our trade-in was very reasonable and we agreed on the new car price quickly. My husband had done his homework on what we wanted to pay, and we easily came to a mutual agreement. Cos Cosimano, business manager, presented us with a range of additional add-on warranties. He explained them, but did not pressure us to purchase anything. He was personable and efficient. I have always dreaded shopping for a new car. Well, all that has changed since I met Danielle Kagan at Prime Honda. There wasn't a question she couldn't answer about the two models I was looking at. The test drive determined the model I liked and unbelievably, when we returned to the showroom, the manager offered to let me take the car home overnight if I would like! We still had some other cars to drive before I made my decision. I drove all the other cars and still couldn't get Danielle Kagan and the Honda Pilot off my mind. I arranged to go in for another test drive. Danielle gave me all the facts I needed to make an offer and I truly felt like she was going to bat for me as far as price went. Her sales manager, Wes, sat down and we were able to iron out some of the numbers and I know I made a great deal. If you want a HONDA, run, do not walk to Prime Honda in West Roxbury and ask to see Danielle Kagan. I guarantee you will not be disappointed, she is awesome. My car buying experience was a pleasure.
