I first used the internet to do comparison shopping and what I quickly realized was that Prime's first quote was better than the competitions 2nd and third quotes! It was ridiculous the aggravation I had to go through from the other Dealers to get quotes that were even in the same "Ball Park" as Prime. My initial contact was with Yan and Vy from Internet Sales. It was refreshing that their first quote was the best quote I received. I was a bit surprised because I thought they would mark up their car prices to makeup for the Lifetime Warranty they offer, but that was not the case at all. I don't want this to sound like I work for Prime because I have no ties to them, but if you are in the market for a car, it's a no brainer, shop here! Why would you not buy a car where you get a Lifetime Warranty for no extra cost?? The competition came up with false facts about Prime's Warranty using words like aftermarket parts and thousand dollar deductibles. Their only defense to compete against Prime is to lie and use fear tactics to entice you to their Dealership. Don't fall for it! If they tell you something derogatory about Prime's Lifetime Warranty just email or call Prime and ask them. Before I arrived at Prime, Yan from Internet Sales, had arranged to have Salesman, Derrick Levy, meet with me when I arrived. Derrick was very friendly and patient and walked me through the vehicle I purchased with expert knowledge of the car. I was impressed considering the 2011 Honda Odyssey was just introduced. In the meantime Derrick had a very knowledgeable Preowned Sales Manager named Scott Carter inspect my trade-in. Scott was very thorough and told me things about my car that I didn't even know. He asked me if there was anything additional he should take into consideration before preparing the valuation and I mentioned the new tires, which he stated that he noticed. He later provided me a trade-in value of my car that was more than I had expected based on several online appraisal websites and actual competiton trade-in estimates. While at the Dealership the General Manager, Ryder Davies had taken time out and introduced himself to me and welcomed me to Prime. Moments later I signed on the dotted line and purchased a brandnew car that day! I really do not know how they are able to provide such great deals and the local competition and in various Massachusetts Honda locations said they could not compete! Thank you Prime! We came to Prime straight from Boch which was disgusting. At Prime we were greeted by Steven Lander who invited us sit down and explain our needs. Steven is a straight-to-the-point, no-nonsense kind of rep who goes an extra mile to ensure that his customers are happy. What makes him stand out from the crowd is his zero pressure attitude. He suggests things to you and leaves it up to you to decide whether you want it or not. We went for a brief test drive during which he told all we needed to know about the car. He is very knowledgeable in his field. Then we negotiated. That part is usually the hardest but not with Steve. He is flexible, he understands your situation and will do an honest effort to meet your financial limits. In a nutshell, the entire negotiation took about 10 minutes, we ended up paying EXACTLY what we had in mind before we came to Prime. After we agreed on the price we went to the office where they finalize the deal. I expected to be bombarded with offers to buy this and that but that was a false alarm. The only thing they offered was a resist-all treatment for the car which lasts for 5 years and saves you tonne of waxing. Again, no pressure. The whole procedure took about 1.5 hour, we had to wait for the financial office because there were other people before us. While waiting we had full access to the car we were buying. The car was ready in two days which was great. It could have been even faster but we were not in a rush, we let them do it at their regular rate. At the pick-up time Steve was there again for us to answer all questions we might have. SO: If you are in Boston area, and you are interested in buying a Honda go to Prime and ask for Steven Lander. After agreeing to favorable terms over email, I came in in person to complete the transaction with Peter. My agreed-upon terms were honored without discussion, and at every point in the process Peter treated me with respect and courtesy. He knew the car and the purchase process, he answered my questions patiently, and the few times he didn't know something he said so straight up, and found someone who did. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured or misled. What probably surprised me the most was that Peter was perhaps even more helpful and attentive *after* the papers were signed, and took care of a few small details to my benefit above and beyond what was required, or even expected. This was easily the most pleasant car-buying experience I have had. Buying a car will never be stress-free for me but this was as close to that as I can imagine it ever being. More

I told them what I was in the market for and Steve showed me some options. He knew what I could afford (I wanted to buy used) and he showed me exactly what I wanted. There were a few options for CRVs on the lot so I got all the perks I wanted and at a price I could afford. I had a ton of questions along the way and Steve helped me with everything. I got honest answers and he always put my needs and desires ahead of just making a sale. I never felt pressured and they both made buying a car painless!
