We were turned off by the atmosphere of the dealership. The gong that they ring when someone buys a car was overly stereotypical and added to the circus-like feel. There was also free popcorn that was offered to us no less than 5 times when we first arrived. The price offered to us was well over the MSRP and the interest rates were astronomical compared to other dealerships. We were assured that all points were negotiable, but with the starting price so high, the thought of negotiations seemed daunting. More

Didn't try to sell us services we didn't need just explained them and the costs associated with them if we chose to purchase them. Like others have said its a no brainer when you can get a lifetime power-train warranty especially on a Mercedes. This has been the most pleasant experience Ive had to date. We even had a small glitch with the car and they had us scheduled the next day to have it taken care of. We will be purchasing our next car there without question. More
