Due to the high demand for Civics, this location did not have the color I was interested in purchasing. Instead of pressuring me to buy a car I did not want, however, Ramon worked with another location to find the Civic I desired. With respect to pricing, I found them willing to negotiate extensively. This is not to imply that you will walk out with a car for free; rather, if you do your research and understand how to bargain realistically, you will leave happy. With regard to the quality of work, I previously purchased from them a 2009 Honda CRV and the service was always excellent. As for the Civic, everything thus far has been perfect. Consequently, I would highly recommend this dealership. I would further advise working with Ramon Nunez, as Prime is lucky to have him. More

He was extremely thorough once he informed me of the procedure and paperwork required by me for this new car purchase. He helped me complete several documents and even planned to accompany me to the registry to help transfer my current automobile to my daughter. Juan even offered to drop off my car at 7:00 in the morning at my home so I could get to work.
