WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We made a deal, put down a $2,500 deposit and they couldn't come up with the vehicle. Managers were hostile, and even spoke with the owner of the dealership and he was hostile as wel deposit and they couldn't come up with the vehicle. They refused to honor an internet quote for a vehicle. We made a deal, when they called me to pick up the car, we discovered that the vehicle did not have the DVD system that we signed the deal for. They then asked if I wanted to purchase that one. Sounds like a Bait and Switch to me. Don't even bother with this dealership. More

I was looking to buy an SUV with 4 wheel drive. I had been interested in a Honda Pilot but had a bad experience at one of Prime's competitors. With apprehension I entered Prime Honda to find that the environment was much different than their competitor. Upon entering I was greeted by Peter Zois and told him the exact vehicle I was looking at on cars.com. Without hesitation he brought me out to the vehicle and allowed me to test drive it. He seemed very relaxed and pleasant and genuine. Upon returning to the dealer I told him what a competitor was offering for the same year and model Pilot. Within minutes we were able to come to an agreement on the price, which was well below both the listed price and the Kelly Blue Book Price. In addition I received an extremely low interest rate through the dealership as well as an extensive warranty for only a little more a month on my monthly payment.
