I truly appreciated that, as I requested initially, he never called me on the phone and used email only for communications. He explained everything very clearly to me and was very open and honest about the pricing and the reasoning behind it. He responded to every request promptly and moved the process along like a true professional. He saved me a lot of time, and I was happy with the financial offer. I had to spend a minimal amount of time at the dealership to pass the papers and Peter made sure it all went as smoothly and quickly as possible, even though he was working with other customers while I was waiting. He followed up very quickly on passing the insurance papers as well. I highly recommend Peter Zois if you are considering a Honda. More

Update to below: Rec'd a call after posting this that the car had been found at their ME dealership and the salesman would drive the car to our home (40 miles away) to look at. We were able to take the car to our mechanic, the dealership fixed what needed fixing and we brought it home yesterday. Great car, good price and the dealership came through. We're happy.... What a frustrating experience I had with this dealership. I was in contact with a salesman 4 times over 4 days by phone about a specific published used vehicle that. He assured me over and over that the vehicle existed and to let him know when I would be coming so that he could "bring it around front" and have it waiting for me to test drive. I told him when I would be there. It was not there when I arrived. After waiting over an hour and doing paperwork on my trade-in vehicle etc, it was determined that they couldn't find the car after all and would I be interested in another car? Classic bait and switch. They would have just kept us there forever if we hadn't been asking for our keys back. I would never go back to this dealership. More

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We made a deal, put down a $2,500 deposit and they couldn't come up with the vehicle. Managers were hostile, and even spoke with the owner of the dealership and he was hostile as wel deposit and they couldn't come up with the vehicle. They refused to honor an internet quote for a vehicle. We made a deal, when they called me to pick up the car, we discovered that the vehicle did not have the DVD system that we signed the deal for. They then asked if I wanted to purchase that one. Sounds like a Bait and Switch to me. Don't even bother with this dealership. More
