I started this review a week ago and finishing it a week alter. WIsh I could give 0 stars but there is no option. Terrible service. Terrible sales. Can't say yet about the cars so this is just a review alter. WIsh I could give 0 stars but there is no option. Terrible service. Terrible sales. Can't say yet about the cars so this is just a review on personal. Lets start off with sales. The guy's card says "Gold Master" but he was far from master, of anything. Lacking knowledge about the cars, computers, even their, own business. Couldn't give a straight answer even if his life depended on it. Hey, how do you turn on the lights? What does this warranty cover? It's like pulling teeth. I was paying cash and I know salesfolk hate us cash folks since they can't squeeze any extra pennies out of the jar. I felt like I was passed to the most useless salesperson in the office. As if nobody else wanted my sale and I got the bottom of the barrel. 2 hours to do paperwork. I had came a previous day to test drive the car. I was in to buy it now. Just come in, sign the paper work and be on my way. Tell me why it took 2 hours for this to happen! Without any explanation why it was taking so long just....The finance manager is typing your information into the computer. Really? The guy must be a touch typist. The dealership wasn't even packed with customers. I counted around 3 people total at the place. I track down the sales guy (whose walking aimlessly all over the place) and he's like, "The finance manager is looking for you." I"m like no he's not. I've been watching this area for the longest time now and nobody came over. I should have known this would be the start of the BS. The finance guy was pretty good though. I was literally in and out. As I entered his office, he started typing away at the computer. So he's entering my information now? What was happening 2 hours ago? The world will never know. So I buy the car and come in the next day to retrieve it. Before I left that previous evening, I told the sales person that I was coming in at 5-5:30 the following evening. Tell me why I had to wait 2 more hours to get the keys to the car! The car wasn't ready at all. They hadn't even done the safety inspection untill an hour and half after I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car! What was going on for the time before that! Of course, the salesguy was nowhere to be found. Walking around clueless as usual. I was soooo mad and If I hadn't already paid for it, I would have just walked out but they already had my money so all I could do is wait. Then I find out they don't have the second key promised to me nor the navigational disc which supposedly is kept inside safe. They guy straight up lies and says that a worker had the key and that he'll find the disc. He says he'll call me back but never does. I call him a few days later and guess what? No key. No disc. Now, they have to order a disc and he's still "looking" for the key. He says he'll contact me the following week. Never does. I call him back 9 days later since I figure that is more than enough time to have a disc and key. Nope STILL NOTHING! I'm so mad. I'm getting even more furious as i'm writing this review. This time I wanted to explode. The guy says now that the previous owner didn't drop off the key nor the nav disc at the dealership and will drop it off later!! WTF! Then he goes on to say he's going to order a disc off eBay! The disc was suppose to have been ordered last week! OMG and now the key is with the previous owner still. So i'm fed up and call the manager. Guess what the manager says. Cars over 5 years and 80k miles have no key. WTF does mileage or age of the car have to do with no second key? Does the key just spontaneously combust after 5 years/80k miles? Why didn't the sales person just say there was only 1 key? Why is the salesperson just now ordering a disc off eBay? They are only following with the disc cause I have it written in paper from them. I made sure to get that they owed me the disk in writing. I didn't know about the key till afterwards and should have gone back and made them correct the writing to include the key. Now they can say there never was a second key but they have to get me the navigation disc that's for sure. I will never recommend this place to any friends or relatives. Also, if you get ripped off after reading my review and watching the video, you deserve it! More
If I can honestly give this place a below negative I would. I had the worst experience of my life with this dealer. Already going through the headache of my vehicle being declared a total loss from a ca would. I had the worst experience of my life with this dealer. Already going through the headache of my vehicle being declared a total loss from a car accident now I had to find my new vehicle so I searched on line for a good deal and supposedly I found one from this place. So I go to this place First of all I walk in NO one But NO one approaches me and is not like they where busy where I would have to wait for a salesperson to become available. All I saw when I got there was chit chatting between them and the guys checking out this sales woman or god knows what was her title because she had a skirt with a split almost to her behind check. Finally I have to find someone myself and we go check out the vehicle when I saw the ad on line the vehicle said it had 65,650 checked the car fax and everything seem good...... yeah right. so the vehicle had been bought by then just 2 weeks before i went to check it out. The miles on the car did not match their listing it actually had 69,400 it had a keyed line across the door, the leather seat had about a quarter size piece missing. OK still for the year and how the previous owner took care of it I thought these are things that can easily be fixed and they promised to fix it too. So now we go on about the finance company approving it. I don't have excellent credit but is not bad neither and to be safe I got a cosigner plus my previous vehicle was leased so I had a good credit history with Honda Financial. No bank or even Honda approved me (of coursed according to them). I spent the next 2 weeks calling them and asking them how everything was going and all they said was "Oh yes Ms. We are still waiting on the Financial Company. Yeah right 2 weeks I don't think so. I got so upset plus my car rental was running out of days I decided to go back to where I got my leased vehicle which is Kelly Honda and within an hour I was approved and signing papers for my new car. I went back to Prime Honda because I had gave them a deposit to hold the vehicle and just to get that they where giving me a hard time. I asked the person in that day that if the Financial company had gotten back at them just to see what they had to say and he said they never submitted it. I was mad but That's when I said to myself I will make sure I let others know about this HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience. If you want cra**y service go to this place But you want great and speedy service go to Kelly Honda I'm sure you wont walk out without them working something out with you. PRIME HONDA YOU ARE THE WORST EVER. KELLY HONDA YOU ROCK!! (Sorry for this long story but I had to explain from the beginning and in detail so you can feel what I went through More
Quiana took great care of my 2003 Honda when I took it in for a major service yesterday: timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and oil/filter change, state inspection and a wobbly tire fixed (the last one was a for a major service yesterday: timing belt, tensioner, water pump, and oil/filter change, state inspection and a wobbly tire fixed (the last one was a great piece of detective work by Bill M!). The service technician Bill M did an excellent job, and they did it well under the estimate. I would recommend her (and Bill M, the associate who did the service!) to anyone, she treated the car as though it was her own and accomodated all my requests with a cheerful smile. Truly the best customer service I have ever received in a dealership in MA. Great job, Quiana and Bill M at Prime Honda Servicing! More
Pikaja, you are right, that guy Wes is something else! Pikaja, you are right, that guy Wes is something else! If I was the manager of that dealership I would get rid of him ASAP. I went on a test drive Pikaja, you are right, that guy Wes is something else! If I was the manager of that dealership I would get rid of him ASAP. I went on a test drive with him, he must have thought that I was a 5 year old! First of all, he made a copy of my license, went to grab the plates for a test drive, then ceme back without my license. When I asked him about it, he told me that he gave it back to me! (hahahahah_) He had to go back and search for it, the whole ordeal took 45 minutes. How horrible! I test drove a crosstour and he told me it was a 30,000 dollar car for 159/mo. I wasn't getting it at all. I am not a 5 year old and I CAN tell when someone is taking me for a ride. The lease was 2500 down plus incidentals, (title, tax, plates ext) except the up-front for the incidentals kept changing minute by minute....1200, 1300, 1500 every minute it seemed to go up. I've had it! Afterwards, he kept trying to get me to agree to his deal and I kept refusing, then he told me that I can;t just leave... I was like "what?" what's next, you're going to tie me to a chair. Oh please, what a horrible experience! goodbye! More
I bought my 2009 Honda Accord at Prime West Roxbury. I had the friendliest, nicest sales person named Riley. Riley was a no pressure SalesPerson that let us shop for cars at our own pace. I made my first car purchase at Prime Honda, and my salesman Stan Dickie was terrific with helping me with the entire process, and explaining the different features of my new car, even reminding me of salesman Stan Dickie was terrific with helping me with the entire process, and explaining the different features of my new car, even reminding me of the features on the day I picked up my new car. Very responsive staff, no high pressure tactics. Pre-determined price, no haggling. Price for new CRV much lower than expected, based on Kelley values, etc. Large inventory of vehicles. I went to Pre-determined price, no haggling. Price for new CRV much lower than expected, based on Kelley values, etc. Large inventory of vehicles. I went to see the car at a busy time and the sales consultant was great at keeping the process moving with several customers at the same time, letting everyone know what to expect. All the information and cost projections were completed during the initial visit, so when I returned the following day with my decision to purchase the vehicle, the process of transferring the plates and signing the documents went very quickly. The prime honda has "The Worst Possible" customer service. In brief this is how a sales person by name Wes talked to me: Wes: Hi Mr kaja Did you buy a car? Me: I have got a goo Possible" customer service. In brief this is how a sales person by name Wes talked to me: Wes: Hi Mr kaja Did you buy a car? Me: I have got a good deal with a "different dealer". I am trying to negotiate with them. Wes: Open your eyes Mr Kaja. You cannot get the car for free. Take the car when some one is offering you a good deal. Once i wrote a review in prime honda he calls back and says I did not mean it that way. What i meant was : "If you try to ask them for free you will get a good deal" and when i ask him in his service how many customers have asked him for a free car he says "Sir why are trying to be adamant and taking this to a whole next level". After some time some other person calls me and says what do you think will happen with writing a review. He also says do what ever you want once you are done with that let me know. This is the way how these f..king prime honda people deal you if you walk out. I promise myself i will never ask any one of my friends go there. More
Prime made this so easy, with their Market Value Priceing. Chan (internet) knocked 3,000+ off the MSRP before I even walked thru the door. The vehicle I picked was not only still available at the ti Priceing. Chan (internet) knocked 3,000+ off the MSRP before I even walked thru the door. The vehicle I picked was not only still available at the time of sale,it was not even unwraped yet. Peter (sales consultant) Was Awesome, he understood that since we were still paying for my wifes CRV I needed to keep payments low. He did not try to sell me somthing I did not want. I was giving three payment options in writing, which I thought was great. Steve (trade in) made a first time offer on my trade (05 accord lx 78,000) that was right up there with Kelly bluebook. The numbers man was superb, he did his job offering all those extras he is required to offer, but did not push them after I explained about my wifes car payments. This was my third new car in 7 years, by far this was the easiest and most relaxing car buy. I drove it home that same night. I am totally satisfied with the car (2012 Accord LX) and the new car buying expeirience that Prime offers. Mr. Richard T. Medeiros More
I purchased a new Honda Crosstour this week! My experience with this dealership was excellent. The 'no haggling' model eliminates all of the stress of the typical car buying experience.
