THEY QUOTED ONE PRICE ( in writing ) AND WHEN WE GOT TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THEY CAN NOT SELL THE CAR UNLESS I PAY 2000 more. THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SAID IT WAS A MISTAKE AND THEY CAN NOT SELL THE CAR UNLESS I PAY 2000 more. More
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! After spending a considerable amount of time negotiating a trade-in for a used car, I finally came to an agreement with the staff. I even gave them my credit card info to pay for the difference between the trade-in and the used car. However, in less than 24 hours after coming to this agreement, I received a call from one of the managers indicating they "may need" to back out on the deal they had already agreed upon. I was assured that I would be given a call the next day by one of the other managers to explain what was going on. The next day came and you guessed it - no phone call. I called the sales rep I had been dealing with and he again assured me that someone would get back to me. It's been almost a week and no one has given me the courtesy of a phone call back. Clearly, they were aware that what they had done was unethical and didn't have the decency to call me back and explain it (as if there is any valid explanation). I wish I had read the reviews on here before wasting my time with this place... Do yourself a favor and avoid these unethical people... More
I had a great experience at Prime Toyota/Honda. Obed was professional, explained things to me in an easy-to-understand way, and sold me a car that I love. I appreciate the comfortable chairs and coffee and professional, explained things to me in an easy-to-understand way, and sold me a car that I love. Approximately one week ago, I sent an internet inquiry to this dealership asking about the availably of a Nissan Pathfinder, they responded the following morning informing me that this vehicle had been sold, this dealership asking about the availably of a Nissan Pathfinder, they responded the following morning informing me that this vehicle had been sold, one week later, it was on their front line for sale, and I stopped in to look at it, was met by a salesman that began blowing smoke up my butt on why it was for sale again. I told him I would return this weekend to go over it, and hopefully make a deal, as of Sunday 01 Sept 2013, approximately 1300 hrs, the vehicle was still listed for sale on their web site, when I pulled into the dealership about 30 minutes later, the vehicle was gone. I entered the dealership to see where it was, and after waiting for about 15 minutes, an employee of the dealership said it was sold, and I asked why was it still on the website if it was sold, and she explained that they wait until the paperwork is complete. I gave her a nice suggestion, if the paperwork is being processed, they should mark the it on the website "Pending" that way, folks won't waste their valuable time chasing vehicles, yea, don't think she liked that to much, and as soon as I got home, lo and behold, the vehicle had been removed! Now its back to the drawing board, and I probably won't be going back to Prime Auto group after having my time wasted! More

Customer service ended with the purchase of the car. When we brought it to their attention, they buffed out the scratches but took off clear coat in the process. And said maybe they could give us a free tank of gas next time we came in for service. After much complaining, they offered us a Resistall application, which is supposed to help protect the car, but after research we learned it only lasts 7 months and offers little protection in the end. Thanks but no thanks. Please avoid this place! More

I was ensured that I would receive a $10k check in the mail (for which they owed me) along with the registration for the vehicle. It has now been over two weeks, and they have yet to mail me either of these documents. I'm currently out of state, so I can't pick them up. However, this was made very clear to our "sales rep" Riley at the time of purchase. We are now missing $10,000 and do not have our registration... and they will not return our calls!!! After you purchase a car with this dealership, do not expect for them to follow through with anything! Their customer service has been completely non-existant. Do NOT do business with these criminals. More
I have a band new cr v Honda 13 and 2 week later I got side swiped on the driver side. I took my car to prime and when I got my car back . I felt that they rush it and they left paint drop on my hood , th side swiped on the driver side. I took my car to prime and when I got my car back . I felt that they rush it and they left paint drop on my hood , the driver door wasn't lined up right, the hood wasn't lined up right , and the lip around the tire had a scratch but the worst of them all was the inside of my car!!! The damage was outside of my car and one of their workers left my sun roof open and I had water damage on my headliner (top of the car inside). They tried to say that the car might have a defect on the sun roof !!! Can you believe that..... I was very disappoint .. They said , they could do anything so I call my insurance and they told them .we can work something out to fix the problem and take more money from my insurance to fix!!! They still did a sloppy job and rush it . I'm still disappointed and my inside of my car still has damage !!!!! I would go back to that place or recommend it to any one. Sorry to say !!! :( More
I went to look at a used 2009 Honda Civic recently. Prior to driving to the dealership, I called and spoke to Alex who told me that the dealership offered competitive prices and a free lifetime power t Prior to driving to the dealership, I called and spoke to Alex who told me that the dealership offered competitive prices and a free lifetime power train warranty on all vehicles. I arrived at the dealership two hours later and was met by one of the sales representatives named, Anton. I test drove the car that I was interested in approximately 30 minutes later. The vehicle was clean and had low mileage; however, the price was a bit high. I was informed by Anton that the prices were very competitive as Alex had suggested when I spoke with her on the phone earlier in the day. Anton also emphasized that the vehicle came with a free lifetime power train warranty. I didn’t feel that price negotiations were going to take place and so I told Anton that I needed to do some research and think about the price before I could make a decision. Anton then advised me that he would speak with one of the managers. He came back and told me that the vehicle could be lowered $200.00. I had difficult time accepting a price reduction of only $200.00 and so I asked Anton if a remote car starter could be added. He then went to get one of the managers who came over and elaborated upon what I had already heard earlier regarding the competitive prices. When I told the manager that I had been looking at another vehicle at a nearby dealership that had a significantly lower price, he told me that he would ask his boss if a remote car starter could be included. He asked for my credit card to show his boss that I was serious about making the purchase if the remote starter was added. A few minutes later, I was informed that my request had been accepted. I was ready to go forward with the purchase. Before I started filling out the necessary paperwork, I asked Anton some questions about the free power train warranty. He informed me that the free warranty was only valid if I brought the vehicle to the dealership for required oil changes every 5,000 miles. I instantly felt that I had been deceived. Both Alex and Anton failed to tell me that the free power train warranty was only valid if the car was brought to Prime for oil changes until I started asking questions. Since I don’t live near any Prime dealerships, I felt that doing business with Prime would cause more of an inconvenience. If I had known such information about the warranty when I spoke with Alex earlier in the day on the telephone, I wouldn’t have made the 2 hour trip to the dealership. After learning this information, I told Anton that I wasn’t interested in doing business with Prime. Shortly thereafter, I was getting ready to leave the dealership and realized that I hadn’t received my credit card back from the manager who I gave it to a little while earlier. Fortunately, I was handed back my credit card without a hassle when I requested it. This is the first and the last time that I will hand over a credit card while trying to negotiate a lower price. I will also never return to another Prime dealership. More
