A quick search for a Honda dealership revealed that Prime Honda of West Roxbury was close buy and had very favorable reviews. Peter Magyar was our sales representative. Peter was a very personable and provided a no hassle experience. He knew what we were looking for in car and price and in short order we had made the right purchase. We took delivery and are very pleased with our experience. Love the car. We highly recommend Prime Honda if you are in the market for a great car with a no hassle price. Lies, lies, lies!!! We purchased a MINI Cooper from this dealership and was assured that if anything went wrong with the vehicle, they would absolutely be able to assist We purchased a MINI Cooper from this dealership and was assured that if anything went wrong with the vehicle, they would absolutely be able to assist us. We were told that if it was a repair that was beyond their area of expertise because it was a MINI Cooper, they would send it out without a problem. Well, it wasn't long before something did go wrong, so we promptly took the car to Prime and guess what? Not only were they not able to solve the problem, I don't think they had a clue!!! I should have known when we first arrived with the vehicle and they didn't even know how to start her. SCARY!!! When we initially heard from them regarding the repairs on the vehicle, they said that they were unable to figure out what was wrong with her and were in contact with BMW (that's who makes the MINI's) and that the car would be sent to them. The next telephone call from Prime informed us that BMW was not able to take the car because they don't work on MINI's at all. We were then told that there was nothing Prime could do and for us to come pick-up the vehicle and were provided with MINI Cooper dealerships that we could take it to. There are many lessons to be learned here, one of which is, ABSOLUTELY, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE VEHICLE SHOP AT PRIME!!! The next lesson is, never rely solely on what anyone associated with a car dealership tells you. They are dishonest, plain and simple. The only good thing I have to say about Prime Honda is that our original salesman, Derek was super helpful and we still have nothing but good things to say about him. The service guy was super nice as well. We were frustrated as can be but he managed to make us feel better with his great sense of humor. Does this help the fact that we now have to drag our poor little MINI down the highway to yet another service department . . . NOOOOOOOOOOO!!! But I did want to mention that there are some bright spots at this dealership. They are also baking some super yummy cookies at Prime, outside of that, consider somewhere else for your vehicle needs. Marco made the experience quick, painless and simple. He was realistic but at the same time worked to get me what I wanted at the price I could afford. He wasn't pushy at all and he stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. Even when I wanted to see the one car in the color I wanted and they couldn't find it he had two of their guys on the lot looking for it, instead if giving me some stupid reason why I couldn't see it again. Signed the papers on Saturdays had the car on Monday :) More

Bad communication. Grumpy attitude. Gross kid's play room. I bought the car on monday morning but we can't drive the vehicle home for days because they are too busy to register the car. WTF is this. The sales guy Derrick says he called my wife multiple times and even texted her when I brought up the fact that we called him twice and left voice mail messages asking when we could pick up the car. When I go to the car dealership the sales guy shows me his phone. He is calling the wrong phone number. I asked for floor mats. they gave me floor mats for another vehicle. this is dangerous and could have caused the gas or brake pedals to get stuck of they slid around. I cant tell you have mad I was to see that. There is another dealer next door they could have gotten the right floor mats from since the car was a toyota and the dealer was a honda dealer. After complaining to the dealership they scheduled me to come in the afternoon and promised the car would be ready. I have kids with me and I want to come in and pick up the car and leave. Instead they havent even inspected the car yet and make me wait. Oh yea. The children's room where they expect kids to play is a complete DUMP. The TV doesnt work. There are only broken crap toys all over. The books are holiday themed, the toys are mostly infant toys. I would not let an infant play with the toys in that room unless I really dont car about my kids safety. I can see why there is so much negative feedback on this dealership. I will not go back and I will go out of my way to recommend other people to stay away from them. I went next door to the Toyota dealer to get a quote for the car mats. WOW. They have a beautiful customer area, full snack area and kitchen. Their car drop off area is beautiful. Yea. I'm not happy with this dealer. More

Went to other dealers and they ignored my requirements as far as what I wanted in a car and payment options (I said I wanted a certain monthly payment and there first offer was about $50 above that). Eric worked with me within my parameters, while also helping me balance the type of car vs. cost. Any miscommunications or questions were dealt with in a positive, "let's find a way" attitude, not a frustration or hostility. Walked out with a car I am quite happy with, with the features I wanted (no matter how rare). More

I gave them a time and was told that they would pull it out front, it would be waiting for me when i got there. When I arrived, it was not out front. I asked for Alex and she promptly handed me over to a salesperson who asked me sit down while he found out the status of the car. When he came back, I was informed that the car had been brought to the body shop for touch up work and I was welcome to put down a deposit to hold the vehicle for me. Everything about the actions of the salesperson was questionable. When I asked why they didn't call to inform me that the vehicle was not there, he said they meant to, sorry.... Make your own judgements... More
I visited three Honda dealers. The reason I bought my CRV at Prime Honda is because of Eric Phan's professionalism and knowledge.
