Last year my honda factory warranty is up, went in ask and attempt to purchase extended warranty, guy gave me a bad vibe and look down on me, probably cause i was in my technician clothes and not properly and attempt to purchase extended warranty, guy gave me a bad vibe and look down on me, probably cause i was in my technician clothes and not properly dress and probably cause I’m Asian. When’s time to pull out the extended warranty, i don’t know which one fit best for me cause there’s multiple extended warranty option to chose, ask him for his opinion, dude said this one in a voice where he push you away and don’t want to business with you. Isn’t finance manager make money of by selling warranty. Sorry but after this experience i went some where else where i get the warmest welcome and treat with proper respect and the finance manager i did business with walk me through everything in the extended warranty that i purchased. This guy can go pound sand. Tips - avoid this guy if you’re Asian and make sure you dress nicely. More
