Worst experience leasing a car I had an online quote for a lease from another dealership, and asked if Prime can beat it. Came in with an e-mail confirmation about the deal, and im I had an online quote for a lease from another dealership, and asked if Prime can beat it. Came in with an e-mail confirmation about the deal, and immediately realized that they don’t want to make a deal with confirmed price. There was only one red car which we didn’t want to take, and a manager said that they can’t find another car. We left, but the sales person Ricaldo Ulysse called me back in 15 minutes, and said that they found silver car, and ready to make a deal with the price we discussed before. We came back, and he gave us a quote $45 per month higher than he promised during our phone conversation. The manager said that it’s impossible to make this deal without printed quote from another dealership, and the online sales person who promised to beat the price was fired day before. I bought a new car here two years ago, and didn’t expect to meet those dishonest people when I came back. More

Horrible-Back out on quotes and call customer liars! We went to get a quote on the Civic on Wednesday. After our test drive, we ask for a quote - not finance options just a quote. These guys start asking for our SSN to do this, literally forcing us. After refusing the Sr manager Jim comes out and agrees to give a quote. He gives a very good quote and does calculations and writes it down. We decide to come back on the weekend to finalize. On Saturday, we come in to buy and ask if our price is still good. They ask for SSN and we give it. After a credit pull, they bring a quote at MSRP saying don't remember a quote. We ask for Jim, he recognizes us but pretends to have forgotten the quote. We show him the paper from their document set and he says I remember you but I don't remember this quote. After a while he says this is "not my handwriting" and completely backs out. Says he could never have given that and tries to sell at a much higher price. Says he cannot be lying so basically calling us liars!! Tries to force us to buy by saying other dealerships will cheat us like we are idiots while he was trying to rip us off. Very bad experience, ruined our weekend and we had to walk away with a credit pull and no car. If you go here and get a quote, ask them to put it in a formal document because their word means absolutely nothing! Do yourself a favor and just go to other dealerships in MA. All our other experiences have been so much better than these "salesmen"! More
