Amazing service! For the past few years, I have driven an extra 25 minutes to bypass the Honda dealership closer to my home and go to Prime Honda instead. Every time, the quality and speed of service exceed my expectations at Prime Honda. My visit yesterday was exceptional. Megan found out I had a warranty I didn’t know about which covered the entire extensive repair for my vehicle. I was quickly driven to work by their friendly shuttle driver and a loaner car was driven to my work for me when the repair was determined to need an extra day. There was absolutely no wasted time on my part and my vehicle is as good as new now. More

had tires rotated,balanced and alignment. only took 2 hours. The service adviser randy did a great job of getting me in and out. Once the rear tires were on the front I noticed there was at least 500 small sto The service adviser randy did a great job of getting me in and out. Once the rear tires were on the front I noticed there was at least 500 small stones in the grooves of each tire.. So i removed them with a small screwdriver. I also found. A small screw that had not caused a flat yet. Just bought this car 3 weeks ago. Overall i like prime. More
