Glad for extended warrenties Pilot's altinstir decided at 4pm that it needed to be replaced. I drive right to Prkne service and Douglas Woolcock in service checked me in. I needed Pilot's altinstir decided at 4pm that it needed to be replaced. I drive right to Prkne service and Douglas Woolcock in service checked me in. I needed to pick up at day care by 6pm so he made sure I got a Loaner car and was going to try to have it done same night. Was not done till next morning but dropped it after work. Appreciated the quick response and assistance. Glad I asked if my extended warranty was able to cover as it covered all but the deductible. 😊 More

Made appointment and was greeted by Jeff who explained all the costs and indicated when job would be done. I worked on computer with free wi-fi and had coffee and muffin, all the while Jeff would pop in with updates. Jeff recommended some other services but was not pushy about it and let me know I could hold off for a little bit and be fine. Great hustle by Jeff and great experience. He also added a discount for the job. This is why I keep returning to Prime to buy and for service. More
