John in the internet sales dept After months of shopping around to many different Honda dealerships, I bought a 2019 Civic EX from Prime Honda-Boston. John in the internet sales dept was great to deal with. He returned my calls and emails promptly, and was very friendly on the phone. I felt like he was working for me in trying to get me the best price possible. We settled on a great deal for me quickly and easily without any haggling back and forth. When I walked in the dealership I was greeted by Louis Ferreira, who took care of the sale. He was very personable and welcoming. I can certainly see why he’s been in the business for 30 years. Ricardo, one of the managers, introduced himself to me and congratulated me on my purchase. He seemed genuinely happy and grateful to earn my business. If you want to get a great deal on a car, while at the same time being treated with the utmost courtesy and respect, I recommend Prime Honda Boston. More
