Only 2 months ago I bought a new Civic from Prime Honda, had a great experience, and wrote a 5 star review. I found a 2016 Civic on their website. It started with Lynn in internet sales. Since I live an hour away she took a video of the car on her phone and text it to me so I could check it out before making the long trip there. My salesmen, Petherson Braga, was great. He’s knowledgeable, personable, and has a “zero pressure” approach that I appreciate. Rich Tewksbury, the mgr, was awesome. He understood her unique, desperate situation. Instead of taking advantage of that, like some dealers would, he agreed to sell her the car at a fantastic price. Rich got the car certified for her at a reasonable price. He and Petherson stayed in constant communication with me during the entire process. Rich scheduled the registration day on her only day off. So it was registered as quickly as possible. Once again, Prime Honda proved to be a first class dealership who I’d highly recommend. More

Quick no hassle purchase We purchased a gently used Honda from Ben at Prime Honda. We find the vehicle to be in excellent condition and have low mileage. Since we were travelling from over an hour away, negotiations needed to happen in a one shot transaction. They had listed the vehicle on Cargurus so we already knew the price was competitive. After coming down a few hundred more we struck a deal. We were waiting for an insurance settlement due to an accident and the dealership was patient and put the car on hold after a deposit for over a week. Ben was a pleasure to deal with. His low key approach was refreshing and I would say that he is an asset to the dealership. More
