Easy, fast check in, one rep stays with you through the visit, reporting issues, arranging rides, and delivering your bill and car at the end. Chairs in waiting room are comfy(though I dislike that there are few places to sit now that are not in front of the tv.). There are a couple of guys there who have been there for at least 20 years- very efficient and knowledgeable . I think they might still bake cookies throughout the late morning and early afternoon! Service Department needs improvements badly! Oil change on 8/16/2019 at 12:15 pm. Took about an hour or so. When I arrived at home I opened the hood to check oil level and was shocked, oil spots Oil change on 8/16/2019 at 12:15 pm. Took about an hour or so. When I arrived at home I opened the hood to check oil level and was shocked, oil spots were all over the engine. Too bad I did not check it while I was there. Whoever did oil change on my CRV - shame on you!!! If in my power, I would fire him. Prime Honda Service Department has no QC. Management must be responsible for service techs work and check their work before releasing a car to a customer. Awful service again. This dealer completely lost me as a customer! p.s. I was advised to do transmission oil flush also. Glad I refused it, imagine what could they do. More
