Generally good, good service, nice people Overall everything was fine. My problem is not with the people, but with the dealership. They added a misc charge to cover shop expenses. My fault for not seeing it earlier. Their fault for charging it. Put your costs into the price, don't nickel and dime people. I also have a Volvo. They don't do that.
