Average car buying experience. Nice salesman. Decent final price but add-on options were non-negotiable. Communication with salesman and finance manager could have been better. They let me drive away final price but add-on options were non-negotiable. Communication with salesman and finance manager could have been better. They let me drive away without a registration, saying it would be emailed, but later said they needed the down payment check to clear before they could complete the registration, which I then had to go pick up in person. And someone forgot to mention the free inspection, which you really pay for, so had to return a second time with the legally registered car to do that. And long wait times, over an hour each visit. Offered his direct line if my husband had questions and ordered a Lyf reviewed previous work and discovered I did not need as much done as I thought.
