I don't appreciate how I reached out regarding potentially getting work done on my wife's Pilot that she bought at Prime Honda in West Roxbury and we're now being told that Prime is not honoring s potentially getting work done on my wife's Pilot that she bought at Prime Honda in West Roxbury and we're now being told that Prime is not honoring something in her contract that stipulated that we were obligated to have all of the vehicle's oil changes done through Prime or the powertrain warranty would be null and void. Now that it seems we need to utilize that warranty I'm being told that through a "change of ownership a while back" that warranty is no longer being honored AND no notification of the change of ownership or the non-honoring of a contractual obligation was sent to us. That is bad business. I could have saved money doing the oil changes myself had I known Prime would back out of the deal written into my wife's contract. I will tell everyone I know every chance I get, not to deal with Prime Honda, EVER!! We've spent THOUSANDS of dollars with Prime and this is the way they treat a customer? Or better yet.. EX-customer! I would even accept this had there been some type of notification, but even that wasn't handled properly! THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY YOU DO BUSINESS PRIME!!!! More
