Came in to look at an Acura ILX that said online and on the paper on the window that it had apple carplay (it didn't) then checked out a 2019 Honda Accord LX (same thing, was told it had it, paper said it the paper on the window that it had apple carplay (it didn't) then checked out a 2019 Honda Accord LX (same thing, was told it had it, paper said it had it, test drove it and thought it had it) and ended up buying it on 8/6. Was trying to register it in another state and was told numerous times I had everything I needed just for the registration to be rejected and then rejected again. Finally on the third time it gets registered 3 weeks later. Then I come in to pick up the car yesterday and turns out it smells like cigarettes and doesn't have car play! Why do you put that on the car listing if it doesn't have it? You can't lie about features that is false advertising. Why say you can register out of state if you don't know how to do it? I will say I did get a good deal on a good car but overall this was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend buying here again. More
