I visited Parkway Honda to get my leased vehicle appraised. Joseph showed me a 2023 HR-V Sport on the lot with no mileage. I test-drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with my new lease. Jos appraised. Joseph showed me a 2023 HR-V Sport on the lot with no mileage. I test-drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with my new lease. Joseph was reasonable and was willing to work within my budget, unlike the other 2 Honda Dealerships I visited. I met with Paul in finance who was also a pleasure. The process of the appraisal, test driving, working out a deal, meeting with finance, and transferring plates took a total of 3 1/2 hours. I could not be any happier. More

My first quote was over $11,000 dollars for a car priced at $7700. They insisted to keep the $500 dollar document fee even those we were told we had to run the paperwork ourselves because my grandson was a at $7700. The car was delivered dirty, a broken sunvisor that was hanging down, a significant chipped windshield, missing driver side floor matt and worse of all the headlight didn't work on the driver side meaning this car couldn't even pass inspection. I have already fix most on my dime. So much for an expensive recondition fee paid by some buyers. I went the more expensive dealer option to avoid these issues and wasted my cash doing so. I did send an email to my salesman and heard crickets back. More
