I love this dealership out of 49 inquries on my credit report Prime Honda was able to get me approved in 1 day and it tooked other dealers weeks and still can't get me approve. I love how Anthony treated me because he knew what the best deal was for men and he didn't try to rip me off by seeing how much money he could make he judged me by looking at the best ways and why i needed the car. I needed a safer car that saved me on gas and more room so my kids could breathe. By the help of Jeff Nadine( he is awesome) i was able to pick my car up in 2 days. I was treated very well, my 2 brats was well taken care of i didn't have to wonder if they we're getting into trouble. Everyone did a great job and i recommend this dealership especially Anthony,Jeff & James to anyone that needs a affordable car. The day i picked my car up i was greeted by a very respectful gentleman by the name of Jerome and he was very helpful and he wanted to move me into my new car as soon as possible. I was given an internet price on a vehicle supposedly in stock, a Civic Sedan EXL with Nav. When I got to the dealership they asked if I wanted to test drive it and when I sid yes, they brought out an Acco stock, a Civic Sedan EXL with Nav. When I got to the dealership they asked if I wanted to test drive it and when I sid yes, they brought out an Accord, insisting that it was what I had asked for. Then they told me the car I wanted was not in stock, but they could equip an EX to be the same, something I gather was a lie. During all this time, I waited for about 30 minutes each time I asked a question for an answer. Finally, they insisted that they could give me the heated leather seats, but accordinga to Anthony C there were no heated side mirrors on the car I wanted. After stupidly signing a contract for this bogus car, I rechecked with Scott Martinelli, the internet contact, and was told that, yes I was quoted a price on a car in stock and, yes, it did have heated leather seats and heated side mirrors. This was a classic bait and switch. Don't deal with them. More

I went into Clair/Prime Honda with a price on a new Honda CRV that was negotiated with their internet sales representative. The moment I sat down with the in house salesman, Ricky, he began to give me reaso CRV that was negotiated with their internet sales representative. The moment I sat down with the in house salesman, Ricky, he began to give me reasons why the price was (within 15 minutes of a confirming phonecall with the internet sales person), now $400 more than the original quote. After getting up to leave, he conceded that he could give me the car for the internet negotiated price. We completed paperwork and he told me the car would be in in mid-January. This week I began to call to check on the delivery date. It took 3 phonecalls and a demand to speak with the sales manager before anyone would give me an answer. When I did speak with Vinny the sales manager, he told me my car was not on the inventory list, he insisted that I had just ordered the car in January when in fact it has already been over 3 weeks since I signed the paperwork and then told me that they "only receive 2 of these cars (hard to believe) a month" and that the wait would be "at least another 3-4 weeks". There was no apology, no explanation except "I don't know why Ricky told you it would be in in 3-4 weeks", and I was promptly and unceremoniously handed back my $500 deposit when I told them that this was unacceptable and that I no longer wished to do business with them. I am furious yet relieved. If this is how they treat their customers before the car is delivered, I can only imagine how bad it gets once they receive full payment. More
