I am really happy with my decision and feel as if Derrell had a lot to do with making that possible for me. Prior to walking into Prime I was feeling a lot of stress around making a decision about buying or leasing a car; however Derrell's patience and people skills quickly made my stress dissapate. What was most helpful is that I only dealt with Derrell--I was not confronted by a manager or any other person until I made my decision. This was important to me because I often get overwhelmed at car dealerships where multiple people get involved. I must also say that Gary, the business manager, was such a nice person to deal with! He explained everything slowly and methodically and was very personable.
