The transmission on my 2001 Honda Civic went three weeks ago, although I did not purchase my car at Prime they bent over backwards to get me a great deal on a factory rebuilt. I purchased a 2007 Honda Accord in January 2008. The customer service was excellent. I visited several other dealerships were the sales rep/financing were too overbearing. Since this visit was for an oil change only and there was no charge for it, my visit could not have been better. The ladies were efficient, polite, accomodating and very professional. There was a bit of a wait, but the reason for it was explained to me. The only element lacking was the absence of the fresh baked cookies! Everything else was just perfect as always. THEY SOLD ME A GREAT CAR AT A GREAT PRICE "I LOVE MY 2007 ACCORD". I SHOPPED AROUND AND THEIR WINDSHIELD PRICE WAS BETTER THAN HONDA VILLAGE, BERNARDI AND BOCH'S NEGOTIATED PRICE. FINANCING WENT VERY SMOOTH AND THEY GOT ME A GREAT RATE WITH NO HASSLES. I WILL AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM AS MY DEALER OF CHOICE. I had a great experience at Prime Honda in West Roxbury. Phil was great to work with, as was Scott Carter. Everyone was very nice and couteous. When I first went into honda Prime I was only shopping around and didnt want to make the decision in buying a car right at that time. Philip my sales rep was kind ( at first I thought it was just your typ around and didnt want to make the decision in buying a car right at that time. Philip my sales rep was kind ( at first I thought it was just your typical sales rep crap). He told me that I wouldnt receive the price for the car anywhere else and to prove to me he let me search the web on cars.com and showed me other dealerships that were selling the same car. At this point I realized that he was serious and was providing me with acturate info. (Using the sales rep at car dealership try to lie to you to purchase a car and only till after you sign the papers do you realize that it was a lie). However although I am satisfy with the price that I was given I would have preferred a little less, but overall my experience was excellent. And the service continued even after I left with the car. Last December I purchased a car at Mazda and when I left with the car, I was never able to get a hold of my sales rep, I needed to know about my sticker, reg, and insurance and it always took a long time for them to get back to me. I never had to contact Philip about anything, he has contacted me everytime a step in the process is completed, and in addition to that he has provided me with his cell phone number to call him when I need something and I have always gotten through to him. He is an excellent employee and definately an asset to the company. High 5 for Phil More
