Inspite of having a bad experience at Sales Department at at Parkway Honda, MA(I purchased my Honda CRV at this dealership), I went to this dealer only based on the review feedback for Angelis Ramirez. However, my Car service advisor today was Roberta Motta, whom I met here for the first time. I got an excellent service and the response. Keep up the good service, Rob!.
