Amazing customer service I brought my car in for the safety recall for airbags. From the time I arrived at Parkway Honda I was treated so well. I was greeted, taken into a wai I brought my car in for the safety recall for airbags. From the time I arrived at Parkway Honda I was treated so well. I was greeted, taken into a waiting area, shown I could get free coffee and a nice clean comfortable area to sit. I was told that it would take an hour. Well it took less than an hour and Not only was it done on time, my car was also washed and ready for me to take it out. The gentleman that took care of me in the service department had exceptionally High customer service skills. Well I don't remember his name, he was terrific. More

Service Department was great Called on A Friday for oil change, tire rotation and airbag recall. They gave me an appoint for Monday at 8am. A dead battery can ruin your day. Honda to the rescue. I was charging a friend of mine's cell phone. I never had this happen before, but the car stopped and I could not get it started. I called AAA and I was charging a friend of mine's cell phone. I never had this happen before, but the car stopped and I could not get it started. I called AAA and they came to my friend's house and got my car started. The AAA service man said that my battery was dead and not to shut it down but call Honda. Honda was great as they told me to bring my car in to have the battery checked. Adam Fulton got a technician on it right away. The Technician, David Windemuth, tested the battery and it passed the RTES Test. He checked the Charging system and the Alternator was charging properly. Everything was charging and working properly. Adam and David went even further with their ***** service and gave me a Multi- Point Inspection. Thank you Adam and David. Although it was very frigid outdoors, Honda's treatment of me was beyond what I expected. They had me in and out as quickly as can me. More
