Long wait I scheduled my oil change during my lunch hour. My appointment was at 11 am. I was there for an hour and a half. My appointment was on Friday so I was I scheduled my oil change during my lunch hour. My appointment was at 11 am. I was there for an hour and a half. First Brand New vehicle If buying a house could be as pleasant as buying my new Ridgeline, people wouldn't have to complain about banks. Every staff member that I dealt with treated me with respect and courtesy. I knew what I wanted & they were very helpful & repectful of my wishes. Every step of the process was done with great care to detail. Each individual I dealt with explained their job & how it played into my purchase of a vehicle. Shane Sunderlin helped me as the saleman, showing me the vehicle I was interested in & went over every detail after the purchase & before I drove it off the lot Mark Mears was extremely helpful in getting me an offer that I could approve,; Michael Smith was very thorough through the business & financial end of things, plus explaining the extended warranty & meeting Bob Windemuth eased any fears I might of had about any service that might need to be done. The only thing left to discover is if my new Honda can live up to the standards set by this excellent staff. More
Brake line replacement My brakes went out on my vehicle and I called and they had me bring it in that night and started working on it the next day and had it taken care of b My brakes went out on my vehicle and I called and they had me bring it in that night and started working on it the next day and had it taken care of by the end of the day. This was an older vehicle that I had bought somewhere else and the brake line had just rusted out. They were able to put in a brakeline themselves without getting the one from Chevrolet and saved me about $400. I have all of my other Honda's serviced here and they always do a great job and are extremely friendly. More

I had just moved to Dover, OH in October, 2017 and thought since Parkway Honda was local I would try them. I called and was greeted ever so wonderful and was able to get my CRV in the same day. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted so kindly and reassured they would take care of the issue and they did. These are kind and professional people and no doubt Parkway Honda will be my go to for service from now on. Love them! More
