I have leased 2 vehicles and have went to Parkway for all my services on my vehicles. The staff is always so welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend dealing with Shane S. After finding a a used car I liked on-line. I was shocked at the low ball trade in value they offered for my car. And they even told me at no time would my trade in be worth more that right now I was shocked at the low ball trade in value they offered for my car. And they even told me at no time would my trade in be worth more that right now. But their offer was $2500 to $3000 less than Kelley blue book site. I guess good life lessons learned, never trust a used car salesman, always do your homework, and be willing to walk away from the car deal. More
Went here after shopping around and got an absolutely insulting estimate on the trade-in value of my car. I got 3k more at another dealer. This dealership is awful! How do they stay in business ????? The scheduling is terrible , 16 day wait to check why my bought new 2019 HONDA CRV EX less than 30.000 miles , WOULD NOT START . The service writer (She would not give me her name on Sat, Dec 18 2021 ) nor would she willingly let me talk 2 minutes to a service technician. We had had problems with this service department just 2 months earlier. with a different older Honda we own. That time , 3 times we left the dealership and had to return the car before we even made it home. Sadly my trust factor is low with them anyways. Who manages this location? Can"t they hire any auto technicians ? Too cheap ?This dealership is close to our house ,or we would not have any dealings with them ! They have awesome sales(very friendly) Polite customer service or service writers as you call them. The service department is always spectacular ! Thomas helped me Saturday by telling me to check the battery ! He was right ! A new battery and the car was back to running like new ! My car would have sat at parkway dover for 16 days for a defective battery ? I am furious! ,,They did exchange my battery at Dover that day. not willingly at first ,but I'm sure because of my anger .I had almost towed my car to Hinderer Honda over 75 miles not wanting to wait 16 days. and it would have been for a defective battery. Despite reading all the negative comments about how dreadfully poor the customer service is at Parkway Honda, I sincerely hoped that I'd have a different experience. Managing Partner Mark Mears is a despicable human being with no concern whatsoever for the safety of his customers. One of the keyless entry fobs was not working on the vehicle that I purchased from him, and he said the issue was a “bad battery,” but he couldn't even so much as give me a replacement battery. Regardless, it turned out that the issue wasn’t a bad battery at all. One of the keyless entry fobs was not programmed for the vehicle I purchased. In my attempt to fix the problem myself, I managed to accidentally lock both sets of keys and my work laptop in the vehicle. I contacted Mark via text, and he did nothing to help me. Furthermore, he is now ignoring my text messages completely. As other customers have stated publicly about Mark Mears, he cares nothing about his customers and is only in it for the sale and the money. I certainly will not be doing business with Mark Mears or Parkway Honda ever again, and I will do my best to steer anyone else clear of Parkway Honda, as well. When I politely asked Mark, "Is there any chance that the previous owners of this truck still have the little metal key tag that came with the keys? Or perhaps a spare key?", he replied, "I'll check on Monday." Instead, he never replied, has STILL never replied, and left me in a precarious situation. That kind of negligence and utter disinterest in a customer who was in desperate need of help speaks clearly about the character of who Mark Mears is as a person. As I said earlier, Mark Mears is a DESPICABLE HUMAN BEING. More
