Quick battery replacement Adam Fulton told me that my battery passed a charge test and gave me the option of further testing. I decided to have it replaced so that I didn't have to charge it again. Disconnecting the cables and having to reset the codes, is a pita. I have had to charge the battery twice in the last year. The battery must have a strong charge in order to start the engine. Having lights is no guarantee that the car will start. I called the service department in the morning, and they were able to work me in that afternoon. Testing the battery and replacing it took less than an hour. More

We were offered a great deal on the new car, and service offered a possible solution to keep our old car on the road. Another Honda dealer previously told us we had an unrepairable automatic transmission with no available replacements. We were very impressed with the size of their service bay area and the fact that their mechanics had so many years of seniority on the job. Most dealerships will not let you near their service areas. I had heard of Parkway Honda off and on for years but this was our first experience with them. Everyone we talked to from sales to management were super nice, very polite, and answered any question we asked. I will recommend Parkway to anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle. More
