Purchase of new Civic Hatchback As we started to look for a new (used) car, we were very undecided as to what we wanted. Mike Parker answered all of our questions as to models, warranties, buying used vs new, and left us to make our decision on our own. We returned the next day and bought a new Civic Hatchback, which we're very pleased with. The financing and paperwork with mike Smith was very efficient. Mike explained each document that we signed, as well as an extended service contract that was available, which we purchased - with no regrets. I feel that the entire staff at Parkway Honda in Dover, Including the service and parts departments, are courteous, professional and knowledgeable, and would recommend their services to anyone. More

Excellent service friendly sales staff in the service area. The service area staff are always friendly and helpful. However the one older man in sales is very unfriendly and rude. Oil Change My car is always taken in at time of appointment, the work is done in a timely manner, and all is checked before sending my car to be washed. Can you be here by 5:00pm? I filled up my gas tank and when I tried to start my car, nothing. AAA receives my first 'excellent' rating. The question, 'Can you be here by 5:00pm?' was the response. A new battery saved the day - and the service department at Parkway Honda receives an extra special EXCELLENT rating! More
