Without vehicle for over a week Brought truck in Weds evening for work on Thurs. on Thursday advised part being ordered and will be delivered Friday Morning. Called 3 pm Friday adv Brought truck in Weds evening for work on Thurs. on Thursday advised part being ordered and will be delivered Friday Morning. Called 3 pm Friday advised part did not arrive. Truck would not be ready until Monday. Again I called them. Monday afternoon I called truck ready and I picked up. Weds had dead battery took back in had one battery dead and other was low. Replaced both because need truck. Heard noise under hood Weds night. Took back in Thursday. Finally determined part installed on Monday was bad and draining batteries. Part reordered. Called Friday around 1 told would be ready by End of Day. Called at 4 to confirm. Told part did not come in would now be ready Monday. Let me point out I called they never called me. Spoke to manager got car until Monday Finally fixed on Monday was told whan I CALLED. I under part failure but they never contacted me I had to call. I expect better. Plus did my battery go bad due to the bad part?. Replacing cost $$$s but they ignored that fact. Would not recommend to anyone to go their. More
