When enquiring on status was treated very apologetic for the delay by Amanda. The loner provided was a very nice vehicle and Rico was very helpful in explaning some of the loner details. Hopefully this brings some valuable experience and information for future issues of this nature. Thank you to the service manager or who was responsible for waving the cost of the repairs. Problem with 8.4" Display I was experiencing an incremental problem with the display zoning out on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The radio and touch screen features all worked yet, j I was experiencing an incremental problem with the display zoning out on my 2019 Jeep Cherokee. The radio and touch screen features all worked yet, just the display picture would go to grey then fade out completely. After the car sits a few hours and warms up, the display will work fine again. The service department updated the software and so far it has been working well. Very friendly and welcoming staff. We leased my wife's 2017 Jeep Cherokee from another dealer (that won't happen again) and always bring it to Parkway for ant and all service too. More

Not trust worthy They don’t know how to fix anything properly and they charge for stuff they have damaged or lost or was the reason it needed to be replaced and as soo They don’t know how to fix anything properly and they charge for stuff they have damaged or lost or was the reason it needed to be replaced and as soon as they do one service job your back in the next day to have them fix something else that supposedly had nothing to do with the other service but the odd thing is the past 3 times they have touched my car what is the coincidence that had to return the very next day for something else hmmmm. Ok maybe after once but continued three times in a row pretty suspicious And when I say the next day I really do mean the very next day. You seem to leave there with less car than you brought it in with pretty fishy More

Awesome customer Service, ridiculous price for part..... Excellent customer service! Came in to pick up my husband who had dropped his truck off due to several recalls. They ordered the part & scheduled my appt for the following week. I needed to fix the license plate light for 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland which I was putting off due to the $270.00 price tag!!! Mopar needs to do a recall on this issue. The consumer should not be responsible for the ridiculous price of a simple license plate light. Please tell the engineers to stop making things that are so simple, too complicated. All the consumer wants is to have their license plate illuminated on their $40K+ automobile so the police do not give them a ticket. Yes I was stopped but luckily the police officer showed me mercy & let me go with a warning & a promise to get it fixed. But he also explained that no license plate light is the number one reason to pull people over. They are usually looking for something else but it is reason enough to stop & check. More
Excellent service at the Quick Lane dept.! I recently took my 2013 Ford Escape in for an oil change/the works. How nice it is to not need an appointment! They took my vehicle in right away.
