When I got my service in December was informed that I needed new tires. The quote was for the wrong tire size. My husband called and ordered the right tire size, the original ones that were on the car. needed new tires. The quote was for the wrong tire size. When they called us that the tires were in they informed us that the price would be 1385.00. It took my husband several departments and several calls for them to honor the competitors price of 1220.00. We dropped my vehicle off on Thursday and went to pick it up on Friday at 430. When we seen my vehicle we noticed right away that they were the wrong tires. They were an off road tire with tread of 500 instead of 400. We informed the staff. They went and retrieved the original tires that were on the car and agreed that they were wrong. The service manager George arranged to have a tech go on Saturday morning to get the right tires and told me they should be on by Saturday. He gave me a loaner car and told me when done he could have someone meet me to exchange vehicles if I wanted to pay with credit card. I informed him that I would be paying with credit card and to let us know when the vehicle would be done. He never mentioned a 3% surcharge for use of a credit card. On Saturday got a call my car wouldn’t be done that day and would be done on Monday. Now for my loaner car. It had a broken driver seat in it. I had to drive it to canton for work on Monday. Was not very happy. It was a piece of junk. When I went to pick my car up on Monday after work I asked the employee checking me out what was wrong with the seat and he said yes that seat is broke and needs replaced. Then I went to pay with a credit card that I originally told George that I was paying for and he informed me that there was a 3% surcharge. He said we have a small sign behind the computer but should probably make it bigger. Unfortunately I had no other form of payment and was charged 39$ fee. Not very impressed with this service department. More
