I recently had my Jeep there for warranty work. It took me two attempts to get it done. For my first appointment that was supposed to take 1.5 hours, I was actually waiting 5 hours before I finally called me two attempts to get it done. For my first appointment that was supposed to take 1.5 hours, I was actually waiting 5 hours before I finally called to see what in the world was going on. Here, they didn’t even have the parts! Why someone never called me I’m beyond me. I was not happy. For the second attempt, everything went fine. They got it done in a timely manner and the guy I dealt with this time was very friendly. The first guy was kinda snotty. So, I’m not sure if I would recommend this place or not. I had one terrible experience and one good experience. My feelings are mixed. More
