I was in therein January with a problem with jumping in my tires and was told it was ok the tires were new and now because they didn't check to see if I needed alinement I have to buy new tires .This was n my tires and was told it was ok the tires were new and now because they didn't check to see if I needed alinement I have to buy new tires .This was not the only time they suckered me in January Q said I needed a system update that he done with out asking and it cost me 150.00 and I found out around a month are so later it was a recall.
