Ford SYNC Update We received a notice to take our 2011 Ford Edge to a Ford dealer to receive an update to our SYNC software. After several attempts to update the syst We received a notice to take our 2011 Ford Edge to a Ford dealer to receive an update to our SYNC software. After several attempts to update the system the technician determined that there was an issue updating the SYNC system in our Edge. Q the service rep told me that they would investigate the issue and let me know what they found. After a couple days Q called saying that the service technician had found a service bulletin detailing how to resolve the issue. On the return visit the technician successfully updated the SYNC system. We have had no issues with the updated system. The persistence of the service technician and Q the service rep is greatly appreciated, More
