I scheduled a service appointment and was prepared to wait for the three hours estimated for completion. Several times during the initial time period, I was asked if I was all right and if I needed assis wait for the three hours estimated for completion. Then it was announced that the wrong part had been delivered and it would be several more hours. I was immedeately offered a loaner car to return home for the rest of the wait. I accepted the offer and then came back later when my work was complete. I very much appreciated the extra effort of checking on me and getting me a loaner in the meantime. Even though I purchased the vehicle from a different dealer, I am always treated as a valued customer. I have brought my vehicles to Parkway since moving to this area more than 12 years ago.
