Horrible experience. Salesman pocketed my down payment for his own use and is now lying about it. I wouldn’t take another vehicle from this dealership for free. A couple days ago I took my Ford F150 into the Ford dealership quick lube lane. I went into get an oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very knowledgable and helpful. He had some extra food from lunch and was walking through and offered a chilli dog and some soup to me my friend. He is awesome! More
