GM Jim gave me multiple excuses as to why it took 6 months to get a car door handle replacement ordered! After 6 months, I called Jim again and he said the part was in and he forgot to call me because months to get a car door handle replacement ordered! After 6 months, I called Jim again and he said the part was in and he forgot to call me because "business was busy" which I understand but he still could have called to let me know the part was in. Anyways, after I take the car to service, which was on a Monday. Matt Price told me my car was going to be done by the end of the day. My car was not done on Monday nor Tuesday. I called on Tuesday and left a voicemail to Phil Miller, which I never heard from. On Wednesday, after calling again and not getting an answer, I went to Parkway. Cupcake said the car wasn't even started on because they didn't have the right parts. Which I would have been okay with if someone from Parkway would have gotten ahold of me. Cupcake said that the car would be done in a couple of days, which mind you this was on Wednesday. On Monday of the next week, I still didn't hear from them so I called Parkway again and was able to talk to someone. The man on the phone asked me if my car was at Parkway?! If I wouldn't have called and made an issue about my car, the car probably wouldn't been done. Overall, I had a great car salesman Ryan Goodall, the car door does look good, but customer service at Parkway Service center is HORRIBLE. I hope the management of the service center improves so no other customers has a horrible experience like I did. More
