I communicated at least twice to the service department that I wanted my vehicle completed tuned up, oil change and anything else they saw fit while they had my vehicle in to replace sensors and seatbelts that I wanted my vehicle completed tuned up, oil change and anything else they saw fit while they had my vehicle in to replace sensors and seatbelts that needed replaced due to a wreck. Upon picking up my vehicle, nothing additional was performed. I was told they could add the oil change to the invoice and I could go wait next door at the Quick Lane for an hour before I could get an oil change. If it wasn't for me reiterating multiple times what all I wanted done to my vehicle, only to have it not be completed, I would've been completely happy with the service. More
