Dropped my car off for an estimate. No one ever called me. I stopped before close and was told it would be fixed by morning. I never told anyone to fix it. Showed up the next day, paid, and got the key. Customer service representative didn't greet me or say more than 10 words to me. Came back later to find my battery dead and the front of my car parked on an ice hill. Had to slip and slide on a hill of ice in the rain to jump start my car at night. Not too impressed with the customer service but the car is operating fine so far. More
