They got my vehicle in and they done a good job but they are a little slow. I think it would be nice if it was around 30-45 minutes for basic oil change and tire rotation. She has done that twice to me. Very confusing. Also, it is VERY UPSETTING that Bobbi Green no longer works for Parkway Ford Lincoln. Something needs to be done to bring him back. I've been getting my cars from him for the past twenty some years.. and after my lease is up for my current car, I'm not sure I will be buying any more cars from this dealership because Bobbi Green no longer works for you.
