Hi Richard, Thank you for letting us know about your recent visit. I spoke with our service manager and he said you had an ignition switch issue. We had to remove the ignition cylinder give it to parts to rebuild and then reinstall the new cylinder, we encouraged you not to wait because we knew it was a process. We apologized several times about the wait. We aim to have a service call unfortunately this required some time to fix.
