Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention. Because you're Lincoln was still under warranty you have to call Lincoln Roadside Assistance. Unfortunately by the time Lincoln Roadside Assistance got the vehicle to us on Saturday we were closed. We fixed it right away Monday regardless it was under Lincoln concierge's or not.
