Everything seemed great at first. After being patient with the month it took to get the parts in and scheduling another 5 weeks out, I planned 2 days off of work for what I was told w After being patient with the month it took to get the parts in and scheduling another 5 weeks out, I planned 2 days off of work for what I was told would be a one day operation. Then after two days of not hearing any update, I called them to learn that it hadn't even been started yet. I wasn't even offered a temporary vehicle during this process. However, I was able to borrow my girlfriend's vehicle to travel to work with for the next 5 days, which left her having to walk home in the cold from her job since I work long hours out of town. Communication was like pulling teeth. I never even got to speak with the gentleman handling my case a single time after multiple calls that week. I received short text messages. Every day was an uncertainty for me. I finally got my truck back after 7 days. Aside from the terrible service, my truck seems to be in good order. Happy holidays, Cody. More
